Belo Horizonte:  Belo Horizonte was inaugurated in 1897 and was named “Cidade de Minas” and in 1906 its name was changed to Belo Horizonte. Nowadays Belo Horizonte or ‘Beaga’ (BH) as it is known, is the sixth most populous city in Brasil with about 2.5 million inhabitants.  Belo Horizonte has two of the most successful football teams in Brasil; they are Atletico Mineiro  that has a rooster as a mascot, and Cruzeiro which has a fox as their mascot. The main place of the duels between Atletico Mineiro and Cruzeiro is the Stadium Governador Magalhães Pinto. This stadium is one of  the best stadiums in Brazil. For the FIFA World Cup 2014 the stadium has been renovated with focus on security and comfort and now sits 57,483 fans comfortably.
